Payment

You have to pay for your stay, after your reservation, an advanced payment of 30% of the total amount, which is  . You can pay by the following options:

1. Bank Transfer
We will send you an email containing all info to pay by bank transfer (IBAN account).

2. Credit card
We will email you a link from the Viva Payments gateway, to pay with your credit card offline.

3. Paypal
You can pay by Paypal, by following the link that we will send to your email address.

You are kindly asked to pay offline in the next 3 days, or else your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be available for others again.

How do I make reservations

Bookings can be made by searching for the apartment that you want, using the search tool above.

For booking an advance payment of 30% is necessary. Total amount can be paid also.

Payment methods are Credit Card, PayPal and Bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be established within 48 hours of booking OR at least 60 full days prior to the day of check-in.

Full refund is completed the next 10 days after your cancellation. Visitor is responsible for the transaction fees for booking and cancellation.

If the guest decides to leave earlier , the nights not spent are not refunded.
